In vitro and Insilico cytotoxicity activity of Aconitum Heterophyllum Phyto niosomes and its ethyl acetate root extract

Niosomes as a novel drug delivery system is nonionic surfactant-based vesicle, have attracted much attention in pharmaceutical fields due to their excellent behavior encapsulating both hydrophilic and hydrophobic agents. In the present study comparative free radical scavenging anti-proliferative potential of ethyl acetate root extract Aconitum heterophyllum (EAEAH) roots loaded phyto-niosomes (nEAEAH) were investigated. Initially EAEAH nEAEAH prepared antioxidant studied terms DPPH, Super oxide, Hydroxyl by employing In-vitro method. Assessment activity these extracts was done using MCF-7 cancer cell lines (human breast cancer) MTT assay trypan blue exclusion assay. In-silico docking performed Auto Dock Vina software identify suitable antagonistic ligand which can inhibit proteins BRCA1, BRCA2 HER2 exert cytotoxic effect. concentration dependent antioxidant, observed for extracts. IC50 values calculated showed 41.71μg/ml, 49.36μg/ml respectively, whereas it found be 54.89 67.13μg/ml.
